As promised more Dylan pictures :)  He's sleeping at the moment.  We are both on prescriptions now... Me for a mild case of mastitis and Dylan for thrush - It seems like we caught everything early so the complications are limited :)  He's still growing - in fact I think the newborn cloth diaper cover is a bit too tight!   I'm hoping to loose a few pounds for each one he adds on it it should all even out just fine :)

Last week when Grandma Pearl was here we had a little fun!  First we took a bath :)

Then we took a pre-style hair shot - just a little light fluff when it is freshly washed

Then we did some styling - SPIKES
A slick 50's look - not too sure how Dylan felt about this one....

Then of course the best look for a little boy... the FauxHawk!  (the sides of his head aren't shaved so it's not a mohawk for those of you not up on the termanology)

This past weekend we were quite busy.  Auntie Angie visited and helped out with a few things on Saturday - a huge help since that was when I had to call my doctor about the mastitis...ugh - not fun.  Sunday of course was church and that took up the morning.  By the time we got home we were both exhausted.  I did take some time to crush down the cardboard boxes in the basement so we can get things cleared out!  Then Monday we did a little CAR SHOPPING :)  We all went and test drove 3 different cars.   Then we went home.  Eric cleaned out the Jeep and went back, selecting a  2005 Honda Pilot to replace the Jeep.  It's Steel Blue and we named it Lindy :)  (Pilot, Charles Lindbergh - but Lindy, let's be clear is a girl! - I need another girl around here!)

Last night a couple from church brought dinner and ate with us - it was AMAZING!  They made a chicken dish with walnuts and a sort of creamy sauce.  Then some green beans with almonds and red peppers.  And a homemade blueberry pie!!!  Oh, so good and great company.  He is a retired ELCA pastor she has done career counseling among other things.  They have kids and grand kids of their own, so during dinner Dylan started to fuss.  She took him and we just got to eat!  The best part, they are coming back in October with another meal!
